Good no frills hotel. Pretty close to the action. Cheaper than the other options downtown. Rooms are clean. Lobby check in is fast enough, as they have three check in counters. No hotel noise even with people next door, but you can hear the city from my room. The room itself is well laid out and has a microwave and fridge. It's a good place to for a young family or even a young couple traveling on a budget to stay. Breakfast is included. Windows don't open.

Stayed here on a business trip, so can't advised appropriateness for a vacation. Room was spacious and clean. Well set up. No room service, but there are many options for dining within a 10 minute walk. Also many restaurants in the area deliver here.

Gem of a place in downtown Toronto. Great location where many things are within walking distance. I had a very comfortable, enjoyable stay, and the entire staff made the experience even more pleasant. The breakfast staff was extremely hospitable. The breakfast items were accentuated by the fact there there was the signature cinnamon rolls. That's always a treat. I don't think I will stay anywhere else thenext time I return to Toronto.
