Location, location, location!!! Steps away from the Eaton centre. Next to Dundas Square. Walking Distance to all of downtown, waterfront, CN tower, arenas, restaurants and the Aquarium. The room itself was very small, however the new trendy updated renovations make up for the size. The bathroom is fully stocked with amenities and the beds are comfortable. The heating/ cooling worked great! Old windows but they operate fine. The front desk staff were pleasant but not in a hurry to welcome new guests. The housekeeping staff were all very friendly and helpful! Parking was challenging as a first time customer. Parking is across the street in a parking garage which was easy once I asked the front desk staff for directions on parking. The parking lot is located under the building in this photo. Loved staying here and will be back in August.

Nice clean room, small for the price. Had a single queen room, very very small. Only one restaurant which closes early, and the food is only ok at best. A lot of people on drugs outside the building as there is a needle exchange program across the street. There's no outside patio or smoking area on hotel premises, therefore you have to go outside the hotel where we were harassed for cigarettes and change everyday. It is close to the subway, Eaton center, and a great pub across the street called Imperial Library Pub

Room are small, but not lacking ANY amenities. Great, clean hotel. Staff is fantastic. Location is GREAT too, literally a few steps away from Eaton Centre. Win-win.

My friend and I were going to a concert that ended up being cancelled. We paid full amount while booking for near future. We each paid $90.00 to be fair, and called the hotel ASAP to cancel our stay, jokes on us, we thought we’d get the money back! We were charged almost $200 to NOT stay at a hotel! I was very excited as the hotel looks gorgeous but after this... I would have been fine with a cancellation fee, but the whole amount?! It took a lot for me to rake up this money for the day I’ve been waiting for for 5 years! It’s weird because I see some reviews of people receiving a refund yet they have no problem arrogantly stating I can’t get my money back. Terrible experience and I didn’t even get to stay there yet!

Great location. Easy check in and check out. Bed was comfortable and the room was cozy. The bathroom was a bit below par however, with several unclean spots throughout. Not a deal breaker, just a but disappointing for the price. Will consider returning.
