They said check-in was 2. I showed up at around 3:20 but didn't get the key until around 4 because it was not cleaned yet. Rooms are tiny but not too bad. Bathroom is so small you would have to open the door to change your mind. Bed was decent. Location to downtown was nice but there is nowhere to park. Not even to drop someone off. Ended up parking at Ryerson and paying a small fortune.

Great location in downtown Toronto. Beds were clean and comfortable. The service was exceptional. All the people at the desk were friendly and helpful. The only negative thing I have to say is that the views weren't good. You can pay more to get some of the best views in the world at other hotels in the immediate area.

Budget hotel do not be put off by exterior. Rooms are clean and have coffee machine. Nice breakfast. No view in our room just a brick wall.

It's a good place to stay at for a few nights. Prices are expensive but still acceptable. Staff is helpful. Rooms are small but clean and comfortable. Breakfast is solid without being outstanding. Convenience stores and restaurants are nearby. You are a ten-minute walk away from downtown and the next subway station.

Stayed for 2 nights at this place. Overall a very nice price/quality option. Rooms are proper and stuff is easy to deal with. Beds are of medium hardness and pillows are very nice and soft. Internet is 2 Mbits/s down and 0.6 Mbits/s up (just good for basic browsing). The location is very good in terms of vicinity to major attractions, although one can see occasionally homeless and feel uncomfortable at night. If this is the case, the best street to reach the hotel is via Gerrard St E passing through Ryerson University campus. In terms of minuses considering the hotel budget nature, there was a slight humidity smell in the room (the facility is renovated old building) and mediocre view from the window. Overall choose this hotel if you are on a tight budget and not very picky
