Great place to stay in Toronto! We've been there twice now and both times have been a great experience. The hotel is clean and really cool being an old mansion converted into a hotel. We absolutely love the motif, the wall hangings, the beautiful wooden staircase and the rooms are really neat with a lot of character. Yes it does get a bit loud on the street with the party-goers at the Madison pub but the soundproof windows and walls, we slept like little babies. And speaking of the Madison pub, delicious food with good sized portions and very friendly attentive wait staff. If you do not need to stay right in the heart of the downtown hustle and bustle the Madison Manor Boutique is a great place to stay highly recommended! There are many attractions and cool places in walking distance and the subway/street car is right around the corner on Spadina!

Absolutely in love. The rooms are beautiful and considerably cool in extremely warm temperatures. The area is beautiful no fridge in room which is fine by me and there's a gorgeous set of pubs attached to the check-in area including rooftop sections open late.

A really cool place! Great pub as well which you get a $12 voucher for! I love how they've kept the historic vibe all through the buildings. In my room I could hear sounds from the subway and the heating system, but really for the location and price it was worth it. There is also a complimentary breakfast with fresh fruit, cereal, nice little pasties and coffee/tea. I really enjoyed my short stay here and will definitely be booking again.

Great spot if you want a room close to the pub. Not a quiet location. King beds are most often two single beds pushed together. Quaint.
