I had an amazing stay here! Speedy check in, pleasant staff, nice rooms and amenities. The central location is key for anyone who wants easy access to tourist attractions or great shopping. The rooms are clean and well set up. Having access to TV streaming services was a bonus. The pool was great and as it was a quiet night I had it all to myself! Room service was quick and the food was good! The breakfast the next morning was delicious! I could have stayed there all day if they let me. Would definitely stay here again.

Good hotel. Check in was fast and easy with friendly front desk staff. Room was nice, bed was comfortable, pillows were great. Could see party of the CN Tower from my room and also a small old church. Walking distance to a lot of stores.

Excellent atmosphere and they really go. Above and beyond. The concierge level is amazing. It is open almost all day. You can go in and get fresh coffee and snacks. They have a nice business center and you can print your boarding passes very easily.

Service is awesome! Rooms were decent! Try finding a working pop or snack machine?? Nada. For rooms that retail in the $400+ a night I was kind of surprised.

Niki...just thank you. Yenci...thank you. Alana...thank you. What an incredible staff throughout the entire hotel. We had initially booked the Intercontinental which is undergoing renovations. That hotel pales in comparison to this one. So glad we moved. The service we received was outstanding. Our upgraded suite was lovely, concierge lounge was perfect, and the location is terrific. Will definitely be back.
