The staff were very accommodating to make the areas all accessible. Helped make my stay as comfortable as they were able. Provided bath mat to prevent slipping on wet floor in shower/ washroom area You should bring your own towels and toiletries. A cup and bar soap was Provided. The included Breakfast choices satisfactory. Good laundry facilities.... will stay here again

Classic hostel style rooms but the layout of them makes it feel more secure because there's sections to go through before you get to your room. Everything is clean despite looking well-used. The staff are super friendly and helpful and make you feel like you've been living there for ages already. It's got everything you need in a really great location.

It's more a hostel than a hotel, but definitely a nice place to stay. The rooms are fairly spacious and clean. There were two beds and two pillows in our room, one of each was pretty comfortable, the other wasn't, so that's hit or miss. The staff is friendly and the hotel is safe. It's very near to everything. If you're looking for a 5* hotel, this isn't it. If you're looking for a cheap place that's also nice, right in downtown Toronto, this is your place.

The reception is bad. They don't even say hello. I just got a "what do you need?". Breakfeast is poor in options. After all the worst are the showers. I mean you can't keep MOLD in the showers. No AC in the room. Just 2 stars for the location. I don't recommend this place.

The place is good for the money and is centrally located. They provide a good breakfast. Would have given a 5 star if there were hangers and a mirror in the room, lighting inside the room is dull and dust in the Windows.
