Stay was nice over all but very poor customer services. My friend and I stayed for 2 nights over the past weekend. We were booked in on Saturday night and checked out on Sunday morning. When my friend came back to the hotel room on Sunday night around 5:30pm, a pair brand new ALDO shoes were missing. The box that had the shoes inside was still there, just the shoes are missing. He checked all over the place but its no where to be found. He contacted management the same night, the manger ensured us none of the employees will do anything like that WITHOUT checking cameras OR questioning their staff. After 2 days, the general manager still refuses to give us any update or willingness to provide a solution to this matter. We were finally told we have to report this to a higher management. LOCK EVERYTHING WHEN YOU LEAVE THE HOTEL!

Location is brilliant for those with business in the financial district. One can walk miles on Yonge and have a plethora of restaurants available, to choose from. The rooms are well appointed, though old. The lounge and breakfast is just perfect and the new espresso machines are just how you want to start the day. The service in the lounge is friendly too. Definitely recommend for a great stay.

Helpful staff. Clean rooms. I have stayed many times for work and staff are accommodating and welcoming each time. It was raining one of the days we were there and the front desk had umbrellas available for us to borrow for the day. Very convenient and kind of them to let us know. Quite a bit of walking from the elevator to some rooms. Meeting rooms available on site and the food available is fresh and good. Good location for many offices on Bloor. Firken on Bloor restaurant is right across the street and an Irish pub is down the street also. About a 20 min, $20 cab ride to Union with average traffic.

Great place to stay! The rooms were clean, staff was friendly, and there are lots of great places to eat close by. The lady who checked us in was still in training and forgot to give us some information about the lounge, but we had a great chat with another staff member in the lounge who was more than happy to explain it to us.

Clean rooms, decent size. Service was friendly and helpful. I had requested a rollaway and they're prompt with bringing it into the room. Subway station right downstairs but still can also easily walk over to to the more central parts of the city.
