My sisters and I recently stayed at the hotel and were really impressed. From the time we entered the hotel staff were truly exceptional . I would give service a 5star rating. They have been well trained in dealing with the public. They suggested an excellent restaurant nearby while we waited for our room to be ready. Check in was easy and quick and they addressed our special requests. They called cabs for us as needed. The valet parking was exceptional so friendly and helpful. They parked the car and brought our suitcases to the room. The breakfast is excellent and again service was impeccable. Someone has definitely trained the staff well. The rooms were clean and neat and maid service was very helpful. The hotel was quiet at night for sleeping. TV ‘s could use upgrading and I was unable to access Bluejay game . The hotel is close to subway for ease in getting around Toronto. We highly recommend the hotel and will stay there again.

The price was great and location was convenient. Pool is warm, outdoor but private. Breakfast was had a large variety, large buffet style. Our particular room had a broken sofa bed and the key card worked sporadically. Valet parking included. Overall it was a good experience, would stay again.

Excellent value for the cost of the hotel stay - including breakfast! Having taxis more available at the hotel would be helpful rather than waiting to call one - but it wasn't a long wait. A little outside the downtown core but easy to get downtown by subway close by. Cheerful + helpful staff. Rooms a little dated but clean + presentable, especially if you have kids with you. Would recommend the hotel consider a small microwave in addition to the fridge. Great stay !

Staff are very helpful! I swear they were owners! Great option for Yonge and Eglinton! Nice pool area. Clean rooms. Easy parking and valet is very reasonable. We will be back next time we are in the area!

Great customer service allowing us to check in early and check out late. Outdated rooms but quaint and comfortable. Love that the remote is cleaned and in a fresh bag. Only slight downsides were the construction around the hotel, parking being valet only and the towels were extra rough compared to usual wear from washing. Great proximity to Yonge and eg and line one subway service to downtown. Great price point even in the North end of the city. Would stay here again!
