Priced well. A few downsides but also some upsides. Parking is good but not included in your rate. Check in was busy but the staff was pleasant. Lobby is nice enough but the rooms are older. For dinner, food service was slower but again pleasant and the food was good.

This is a hotel of dicotomous relationships. The hotel is in a great location but not easily accessible. The hotel is beautiful but is also obviously dated. For instance the sinks are updated but the shower is still in 1998. The service is good but they couldn't give simple information like what restaurants deliver to the hotel (we were told they could only promote the hotel restaurant). They didn't have a breakfast package included with the room but there is a Tim Hortons across the street. The bed is comfortable but the pillows in the room are tiny and hold no shape. For every good, there seems to be an opposite annoyance. We had a lovely stay and would come back but...

Affordably priced hotel on the outskirts of Downtown Toronto. Rooms are basic, but they all come with a balcony, which is great. Front desk staff is really uneven in terms of professionalism. Always pretty full, but a good option if you have a car.

Check-in for a Thursday night after 10pm was unusually long (almost 30 min). The first room had a very low air conditioner. Upon asking the front desk manager where we could find somewhere to eat, she inquired how our room was and promptly asked her staff to find us another room. Since then our stay in a better similar room has been very good.

This was a very comfortable place to stay. The room was clean, the bathroom was clean with a nice tub, and thankfully the A/C worked well for the couple of very hot (over 40 degree celcius) days there. If you have to eat at the hotel, definitely try any of the foods on the menu. They were all very good from what I tried.
