Very nice hotel, clean and maintained. The staffs are so friendly, professional, and helpful. The rooftop bar has an amazing view of the CN tower and the lake. Plus the food and the service were great. There is also a rooftop pool for the hotel’s guests, so nice and relaxing with amazing view as well. Highly recommend, and for sure I would visit hotel X again.

Had a wonderful dinner at the beautiful Hotel X. Although I didn’t stay there, I went to meet out of town friends who were staying there. We decided to grab dinner at the restaurant (Max’s) and We were all very impressed. I had a Cesar salad and the hamburger, it was one of the best burgers I’ve had in the city! Although I never saw the rooms the lobby was absolutely gorgeous. I highly recommend having dinner there if your in the area or staying at the hotel.

Hotel X defiantly lived up to its classification as a 5 star hotel. I spent the weekend with my family and two young children. The entire experience was impressive, the rooms and hotel were beautiful and very stylish. The staff were friendly, attentive and the service was quick. The food was INCREDIBLE! Portion sizes were generous, quality was the finest and everything was unbelievably delicious. I ate at the hotel for breakfast lunch and dinner and encourage any guests to do the same!

Exceptional experience this weekend at Hotel X Toronto. Special thanks to Joyce Lee for proving a wonderful birthday surprise for my husband. The Hotel is immaculate, modern, chic and exactly what Toronto needs. Views are amazing of Lake Ontario and the service we experienced by all the hotel’s staff/teams were very professional and friendly. I am a very discerning customer, have stayed at many hotels around the world can can honestly say Hotel X Toronto is in my top 5 for sure! Thank you and we will be back.

I recently stayed here for 2 nights to celebrate my wedding anniversary with my wife. We were pleasantly surprised by the amazing view of Lake Ontario from our hotel room window on the 23rd floor and there was champagne and chocolate covered strawberries waiting for us when we got there, which was a nice gesture for our special occasion. The room was extremely clean and service was very fast. The employees were polite and professional. Onsite parking was pretty expensive but that is expected in downtown. We wished the fitness room and the pool were open but I guess that will come with time. Our only complaint with this prime spot the hotel is in is that there are a lot of summer concerts on the lake across the street and we were forced to listen to a concert from 7:30 to 10:55 pm our second night there, right before our early check out and a long drive coming up. That is not really a fault of the hotel but definitely one draw back of the hotel’s central location and would make me think twice before booking at this hotel again. So my advice would be to check if there are concerts happening before booking a lake view room..
