Safe, clean and quiet. I wish the window opened but that is my only complaint. I would stay again.

Went in summer and got a room with high windows. The staff was kind and helpfull and the room clean. Great value for our money.

Simple and clean spot in a very good location. Met reasonable expectations of this price for the downtown area of Toronto. Staff friendly and during my stay the evenings/nights were quiet. However, I could see a potential problem if other guests are not courteous, since the walls between the rooms and the hallway are thin. Note that this would not be a good location for someone with mobility issues due to stairs. But overall a pleasant stay. I plan to stay here again when I travel to Toronto.

Great location, but there's not much more to it than the bed you get and the shared showers/restrooms. It's fine for the price because the location is so good. Very nice staff too.
