Modest, quiet smallest motel in town ,good location , clean room, good price, the owners are very watchful of trespassers on the property.

I stayed for a night It's a convenient spot. The room was big,. clean with wifi, and tv, refrigerator and AC, I had a peaceful sleep. But they don't allow pets so I had to keep my puppy in my sisters place. It was easy for me to get breakfast from a nearby convenience store and hop on to a nearby bus stop to go to places

Most positive reviews are false. I am staying at the motel and they have done nothing but harass me and other people. The husband who co owns the place is a lunatic who yells inappropriate words at my girlfriend and hit his wife right in front of my girlfriend and his response is I'm allowed she is my wife. The wife forced me to pay a $100 security deposit (because I own a dog) but forced no one else to pay that fee (people who also have dogs). She called spca on me because she didn't want me having a dog. She switched the price of the room 3 times. She made me pay $500 for two weeks then told Salvation Army that it was 375 for two weeks. When Salvation Army told her to give me the difference in price back she told me she couldn't give it back because she has already sent it to the bank. She is always in people's business and discusses your private and financial information freely with other tenants. My mattress has springs poking in my back and black mold on the edges. The rooms are filled with roaches and ants, they are outdated as well with exposed pipes and a 15 inch projection tv. Most of the positive reviews are fake but ones that claim they have good prices, but like I said the rooms are outdated s have roaches; so in a sense they are cheep but you pay for what you get. I would advise no one to stay at this motel unless they have no choice. They are dishonest people who lie and cheat

Some mean customers give a hard time to the staff and give bad reviews to spite them because the staff do not give in to their unreasonable demands .Customers are not always right, wrecking and thrashing the rooms, stealing stuff from the rooms ,taking in unregistered guests into their rooms, trading their rooms ,causing noise nuisance, dumping a lot of junk in the rooms as well as in the big blue bins ,demanding for refunds after using the room for 10 hours or so, using prohibited appliances, sneaking in pets inside the rooms without permission , trespassing on the property. The staff are just doing their jobs and trying their best to enforce the rules of the premises like every other businesses and establishment . So as a fair and justice loving occupant in this motel I would like to point out some good points of this motel _ fair price , friendly staff, clean rooms, good location, and new exterior a good job done by Winmar .
