Room smelled musty. Very dated. Have stayed at holiday Inn many times. Extremely disappointed

I have been staying at this hotel for over 1 years now. Probably well over 25 visits that has taken me to Elite status. Checked in today for another business stay in Sarnia. Started on room 152. Sink was totally clogged. Called front desk, maintenance came, took the sink apart said all was good. He left and sink was still clogged. Moved to room 150. Guess what, this sink clogged as well. Tired of playing musical rooms. Now noticed my TV converter doesn't work. Took it to the front desk. STILL WAITING FOR ANOTHER CONVERTER 30 MINUTES LATER. No one has come with a new one. Converter returned. STILL doesn't work!!!!!! Being an Elite member, there should be some sort of compensation, upgrade or something. WORST STAY EVER!!!!!! Never again!!!!!! I manage properties in Sarnia and I will gain my many points at the hotel next door where the deficiencies are few and I can enjoy my stay. WORST business trip ever, thanks Holiday Inn!!!!!!

This hotel was recommended by the wedding I was attending, needless to say I was truly disappointed in the overall quality and cleanliness of the hotel. The staff of the hotel was friendly and nice however I could not over look the poor quality of the furniture in the room i could not site on the couch as I sunk so far into it I could not get out the bed was like sleeping on a brick and the decor was extremely dated. The room was very dirty when we checked in dirt in the corners spiderwebs on the lamps stain on the curtains splatter marks on the lap shades the cabinets were sticky and the tub had mold on the culking. We brought this to the hotels attention and they said they would clean the room really well again which they did not. Furthermore the wifi did not work in our bedroom had to be near the door for it to work. There was dog pee on the carpet of the elevator for the entire stay and our friends found a used condom on the window in their room. Needless to say I will not stay here agai

Great Location, came to visit friends and see the Canada day fireworks, was a nice walking distance to the park, good service, indoor pool was being repaired which might have been nice to use, overall good experience.

Stayed in the motel section, and the wallpaper was peeling. Fire alarm went off twice in the am. The new bed, however was comfortable.
