Was not expecting to find such luxury. Room was clean and cozy. Amazing service. We needed an extra mattress to fit an extra guest we brought. They came in the room and brought us another single bed. Loved this hotel. Only 4 min away from the beac and pizza place right next to the hotel! Recommend this hotel

Very friendly service. Love the shower. Great room. I do wish they had a picnic table in the shade for people to sit on but that is the only negative thing to say so that's is pretty good!

I have never dealt with worse customer service in my life. Owner/ supervisor Anna is to busy to talk to customers if there is a problem or complaint. Horrible service with no way of resolving any issues if you have it. If you are going to book this place ask them for all the rules upfront and for them to send them in writing immediately after booking. You might get nasty surprise if you don't. If I could post this without a star I would as they don't deserve any stars. Ended up booking somewhere else where there is some appreciation for customers.

This place is really nice. Nice (small) rooms, but it was exactly what we were looking for on a beach weekend. I wasnt looking for great customer service, room service, or smiles like some of the previous reviews. I wanted to walk downtown and a place to sleep/shower. Plus, pizza next door!

Horrible experience, as we came inside to check in there was no hello or greeting. The rooms were hot and sticky so we got a fan from outside the room and the man that was working rudely knocked at our doors and told us to bring it back instead of just helping. Horrible customer service
