This property is in serious need of upgrading. The room was drab, the bathroom tiny and dreary, the sheets were poor as were the pillows. The dining room was equally depressing all brown and dark. We could not believe the cutlery! It was so old it looked like something discarded from a cottage! Add to that the bent teapot. We could not wait to leave. So much so, we left without using the breakfast vouchers. Obviously money had been spent on the lobby and the grounds. It seems they are more interested in attracting weddings than overnight guests. Overall it was the poorest value for money we have had in years!

We had a wonderful stay this week at the hotel. My toddler loved the pool! The food & service at the restaurant was great! Janet was our server for dinner last night and she was fantastic! All the staff we talked to were friendly & helpful. The room was spacious & clean. We will be back!

We had a wonderful experience here. Easy check in. A spacious, clean room. Large portions at the restaurant. I would highly recommend staying here the next time you visit Pembroke.

Our group needed 5 rooms for one night with breakfast. Best Western Pembroke was perfect....as always (we come every year). Comfortable well appointed rooms, friendly staff, hot breakfast in a proper restaurant environment.

Beautiful hotel. Our room was big and clean. Comfy bed. Restaurant experience was disappointing. Tasteless food that took a very long time to be served. One dinner and one complimentary breakfast, didn't go back during the rest of our stay. Mini fridge froze everything, exploded a drink that required a clean-up. Staff at reception were very friendly and knowledgeable, as were any employees that we saw on the property.
