Good stay. However they overbooked rooms for Canada Day assuming people wouldn't show for their booking and because of that, my room was booked out to other people when I should have been checked in by then. After about 40min they are finally able to get me a room but it's not the room I ordered. We get to the room and it's great and all but there's no towels for the shower or sink. Thankfully the service is good and we got those without a problem. Overall a good hotel but I don't recommend this place when going to Ottawa on a holiday

We loved the staff and the pool. Couldn't give 5 stars because the pillows just didn't cut it. It's a bit nit-picky but, as we stayed for 6 nights, it really started to affect our sleep. The restaurant servers were absolutely amazing. We showed up just as the restaurant was closing and they still managed to get us a quick bite from the kitchen. Every breakfast was a very pleasant affair

Overall was a good stay, but check-in was a bit of a challenge. Upon arrival, we were told our room wasn't ready yet, which is reasonable since we came right at check-in. After waiting for around 30 minutes, we return to the front desk to hopefully receive our room. Unfortunately it looked like the hotel had been over booked and our room, which had been paid in advance, had been given to someone else. They were able to juggle rooms around and provide us with a room other than the one we had paid for. Not sure why they would overbook on such a busy long weekend, but I imagine that the minority of complaints is out shadowed by the revenue guaranteed by a full hotel.
