Ant and centapiede invested rooms, went with friends, bedroom was OKAY clean until we opened the bathroom door... ants literally everywhere, floor, walls, counter, shower, then lift up the toilet seat and take a look what you find there, good old 3” centipede relaxing.. wouldn’t recommend due to the cleanliness of the place. Not too mention, they give you 1 roll of toilet paper per room.

Easy to work with staff, except using the washroom (not open to public). Boats are common tin boats with no issues. Great spot to start your day if your fishing. Small cottages with community firepit. Field for kids to play. Right off the hwy400!

Stayed here a month ago wasn't going to bother writing a review until my 2nd visit today. My family paid to keep the boat/trailer here for 5 days. I know there is a huge sign outside saying "no public washroom" BUT we were paying for services there for the boat. I walked in and asked the lady if she knew if there were any washrooms ANYWHERE AROUND SEVERN and she was very ignorant with me "clearly you didn't see our sign"...I said, "...I did but we have had our boat here and paid for it for 5 days so if you have a washroom that would be great if not, where can I find one" she said, "doesn't matter." Then I said again, "Look I really need to use the washroom...I asked if there are any places nearby since using the washroom here is a big issue" and she finally told me a gas station somewhere...Very ignorant and needs to have some compassion for people especially if people are paying for their services. Due to this 2nd bad experience, I decided to also write about my stay about a month ago. Very dirty inside...found hair all over the shower and in the bedding. Floor was dirty, bathroom was disgusting, 1 roll of toilet paper, no blow dryer, no wifi like advertised, 2 tv channels that go out if you sit in front of the tv (so bizarre), they left a note saying to take the garbage out which we did but thought it was pretty weird thing to ask especially when we got there and the place wasn't cleaned up very well, ants and centipedes everywhere even in the cupboard, very outdated, boat launch is far away from the dock making it hard to put the boat in, office closed by 5 and we were left a voicemail but service out there is bad and the voicemail cut out so we couldn't hear what room # or their phone number to get a hold of someone after hours. Took us about 45 minutes to figure it out. They left the key in the room unlocked on the table. Same lady (older woman) as I got today and she was just as rude. Tried to make conversation and she was short with us. I would not recommend this place. My dad and his friend are considering cancelling their reservations here due to how poor the service has been.

This place was extremely dirty, bugs were everywhere, and the parking sucks. We booked 3 nights and left after 2.. we wouldn't have even stayed 1 night if we had another option on such short notice.
