Stephen Sanderson should get minus 5 but it would appear that's not an option. Regretfully I will have to give him at least 1 star or this review will not go through. Stephen Sanderson, VP of Tri Canada Resort Team, conned my elderly and naive friend out of $1,000 to list her timeshare in Collingwood. How he got her name and phone number is another story...something shady going on there also. He agreed to Advertise and Market her timeshare for $14,900. He did not know (because he hadn't asked) she only had two weeks of timeshare remaining before her contract ran out. When I asked him where I could go to find this listing he admitted there was no listing. I have a copy of this agreement if anyone would like to see it. It would be laughable if it wasn't so sad. I don't know how people like that can sleep at night, but today is Sunday. You probably met him coming out of church.

A fellow by the name of Hal Hamilton called over a period of three years suggesting I list my timeshare with Tri Canada Resort Solutions. I was of course wary that this might be a scam and asked him many times, if they were legit. Over the three years, I lost my normal sense of doubt, paid my fees and signed up. I never heard from them again, never had an offer, nothing. The owner, Bob, seems like a decent guy but of course I've never heard again from Hal, who still works there. Is this a scam? The owner says no but the evidence of my personal experience says it is. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE.

Sounded to good to be true and after reading other reviews decided to ask for further clarification about their contract. Their response was very condescending, they didn't respond to any of my questions, and they figured we were not the type of clients they were looking for. Anyway, just wanted to make sure people were aware that you need to make sure you research this company before agreeing to pay them. They do make you pay upfront before they sell your property. You are better off going through a real estate agent. Also, be aware that somehow they were able to get private contractual information, which we are now looking into.

This company somehow got my name and number and called several times. Finally I agreed to have them sell my timeshare. He made it sound like my timeshare would sell quickly. I did not receive a letter I was supposed to receive. I followed up several months later. Finally got this letter with the info. I checked for a listing, no listing available for sale, I was told they get mailed out to renters in the area. How do I know my listing has been sent? No proof. I stopped the rest of the payments, said I don't want to sell. He was very rude in his e-mails. Said no refund unless someone else or myself sell it and show proof. He then said "your welcome for the interest free loan". I should have known better than to deal with these people. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau and noticed they have had 3 complaints already. Don't fall for this guys scam!!

This is a total SCAM!!! Do not fall for this - once they got the $798 I never heard from them!! I asked for a listing of the property and they couldn't provide it.
