This place is fantastic, close to everything, nice rooms, great backyard to hang out in and awesome breakfast but thats not the reason I will be back. Pat the owner is the reason. She is so welcoming, kind and accommodating that by the time you leave you wonder why you have ever used a hotel. I would Highly recommend it.

Lovely old historic house that really captures the past in a convenient and accommodating fashion. Updated amenities for today's needs while still espousing the charm of a bygone era. Pat is a wonderful host that takes great care and passion to provide the guest with heartfelt honesty, and undeniable attention. Bed was very comfortable, room was exceptionally neat and tidy. Please enjoy your stay while in Collingwood, you will not be disappointed.

Beautiful home, warm host, splendid breakfast! The pictures do not capture the beauty of this home nor the warmth of the host. My husband and I with our kids stayed there during Christmas 2016. We stayed at the Loft. It was simply a home away from home. From the gas fireplace, the fully-equipped (microwave, fridge(2), plates, napkins, cutlery et al) kitchenette, the view of the town from the room... It is better experienced, than described. Breakfast was a daily feast. We (including other guests) never finished the daily breakfast that what was set before us. Pat was really warm, chatting with us, yet respecting our space, providing tips on what to do in town, allowing the kids play the piano and organ in her parlour...The house was beautifully decorated for Christmas, in addition to its Victorian style. I will definitely recommend the place to anyone!
