The welcome staff to the Vitality membership are quite nice, welcoming, informative and inclusive. They gave directions to the events that we're happening, called you by name when they saw you and ensured you knew where you were heading. The welcome staff to the resort aren't very welcoming. When checking in, I felt like I was bothering the lady at the desk. I was told my room was not ready, but she will call me when it is. Two hours later, I came back and the room had been ready, yet there was no call and no apology. Was also told by the friendly Vitality staff there was a kids club that the younger of my children can utilize. When we went over and tried to open the door after looking in, the lady in there came over and asked in a very stern voice "Can I help you?" I said we wanted to check out the kids club, she said where are you going? I replied no where in particular, we're waiting for our room to be ready and wanted to check it out. She said I had to be going to the spa or the timeshare presentation for my child to be allowed in there as it's not a kids club, it's a daycare. I looked at the sign on the door which clearly said kids club. Following my gaze she said I know it says kids club, but this is a daycare. At that point we just left with the younger one in tears and the older one incredulous to the treatment. I seriously considered checking out if this is the terrible treatment I'm paying for my children and I to receive.

Check In - Easy and smooth, fairly quick. 4 out of 5. Room - Bed side table lamp, didn't work. The floor in the bathroom felt like the tiles were lose. There also seemed to be a leak as the carpet in the corner was damp. 2 out of 5 Housekeeping - Everything was tidy each day were there. 5 out of 5. Restaurant - They wouldn't honor the vouchers given to us because they said dinner and not food. The food was decent though. 2 out of 5. Check Out - Quick, didn't care to listen to any issues though. 3 out of 5 Overall - We were supposed to get a spa experience with our stay, we confirmed a specific time only to find out it was changed without us knowing. So we didn't get to enjoy a part of what we paid for. No one would help, we voiced or displeasure several times to fall on deaf ears.

Absolute SCAM. Had a weekend getaway booked for months because we saw an online deal where you get a great package deal if you commit to a timeshare seminar. Then they called and asked how much our yearly income was and then proceeded to cancel our reservation 3 days before our intended stay because we didn't meet their "criteria". No criteria was ever conveyed or emailed to us. Pretty sure it's illegal to discriminate based on income. Will be checking with the Better Business Bureau on this one.

Resort staff are very friendly and welcoming. Everything you need so no reason to leave the grounds if you don't want/need to. Clean, well stocked rooms and facilities. This is our second time here and we will definitely be back.

Wow..what a place!!! Big and airy suites. Very nice kitchens..full kitchens that is. The pool area was nice. There were lifeguards on duty during business hours. The bed was king-sized and extremely comfortable. The bathroom was bright and big. We called down to the front desk for extra towels and the like, and the service was prompt and friendly. I was sad to leave.
