The owners are great and the motel has everything you need! Fridge, stove, bbq, fire pit and a relaxing environment close to the lake. Plus it's easy access to the beach. We have been there three times and will continue to go back! ❤

I didn't actually stay here but I paid for the parking lot on the long weekend. very nice people and I would probably stay at there motel because the property looked well kept

Very clean , full kitchenette (no microwave) . we came in to town Labour day weekend with No reservations, when we were calling around prices varried from over 200 a night to the 120 we paid here. As far as motels go this is the nicest I've stayed in. It's not the Hilton so don't expect luxury but it is exceptionally well kept and very nice owners. located right on the river and a short walk to the beach.

No frills but the rooms were exceptionally clean and the bed was comfortable. Has a kitchenette and some basic dishes (glasses, plates, etc). Owner was friendly and nice and gave us details of the grounds and area. Grounds have picnic tables, barbeques free to use, and a nice cozy seatting area in a garden like setting, over looking the river. Price was more than I was hoping to pay for a small basic room but it was the weekend, a lot of places had no vacancy, and I guess your paying for the location which was a 3 minute walk (across the street) to beach 2, (parking for beach 2 would have been the same walk to the beach and would have cost $20 on its own). Beach 1 was only a 10 minute (or less). We would definitely stay here again. Next time we would bring food to take advantage of the barbeques, and toiletries which were not provided in the rooms. It's possible that there might be some at the front desk, but we didn't bother asking.

Uncomfortable beds , had to stack the 2 mattresses on top of eachother. Very little wifi connection in your room, no shampoo/conditioner, no microwave... stove works great. 2 minute walk to the beach but bring your own beach towels. If your a bigger person you may have a hard time in the shower because if its size.
