I strongly suggest not coming to the hotel. Not only did I go out of my way to send them everything they asked so they could charge my room ahead of time, which they didn’t, when I got here I purchased breakfast with my room, and they said I didn’t. Yet I told them the exact price I said I paid apparently the $80 difference was tax not my breakfast charge. I’m going to be honest, save yourself the money and do something else! 2. The add lying and disorganized to the list i offered to Ahow my card as I always have it for AAA to Gideon who said don’t worry about it it’s in there as well as the person I checked out with also indicated it was on there. So who’s lying ?! The other 2 people or this comment to make you look better?

Pretty good hotel. A bit pricey, but I assume that is because of the location. Clean rooms, nice pool and hot tub with slide for kids. They don't do room service, you have to go down to the restaurant and pick it up yourself. Breakfast offered is as expected. Staff is friendly and helpful.

It's a nice looking hotel, the staff are polite and friendly, but being told that I'd have to go across the street to McDonald's for food and/or coffee/tea isn't terribly impressive. They do have a restaurant, but it's only open at very specific times, and NOTHING is available outside of those times. Parking is $1 per half-hour, or $10 per day. WiFi may be included with your room, but it seems that unless you pay for an upgrade, it will cost ~ $6... No idea if that's for the day or a set amount of time (I just used my phones data connection and tethered when required). The interior is quite nice, elegant and formal. I imagine it would be a lovely place to host a wedding.

Hotel is a getting a little tired. Rooms have been somewhat updated and they seem clean enough. No room service however they will prepare it for you but you have to go fetch it yourself. Exercise room is really small, pool area small but ok. Restaurant is ok, but there are a lot of other restaurants nearby. Staff, polite, check in was quick and painless. All in all...average and basic but most of the Hotels in this area are about the same.

Was there for a conference. I like the fact that they have multiple sized rooms and can host many events at once. Great interior decor with a great location right off the highway. Breakfast buffet was serve that morning and was fantastic. Full service from the staff, we will make sure to use its facility again. The only downfall was the parking wasn't as great as we would like, if more events were held at the same time I could see it being an issue. Will recommend this place further to other peers in my industry.
