Comfortable room my family slept well . Great location staff very helpful. In fact a story of how helpful they are. My son forgot his cell phone . They found it and helped us arrange to send it to the next city where we were staying. Great staff . Recommend it to anyone!

Spent there with my wife for 5 nights. Very clean and quite place. Enjoyed our time there. A bit far from TTC bus stop. Although very near to York Transport Service bus. Bunch of Halal restaurants nearby. Didn't need breakfast of the Hotel because we were fasting. The view from the hotel is amazing.

First stay at the Liberty Suites. My husband noticed immediately that the ‘queen’ bed in the suites was narrower than a normal queen. Very difficult for two people to sleep in. My husband asked the front desk and they indicated there was nothing they could do. If you are looking to sleep in past 7am, I would not sugggest the Liberty suites or at least not the 12th floor - we could hear all of the kids as they came off of the elevator in the morning. The breakfast area was way too small on the second day when it was raining (still small but not as bad when the balcony was open). It was incredibly hectic and lots of people did not have seating. I am used to the front desk staff asking how the stay was at the end - nothing, just the bill. I would have provided feedback to them in person instead of in the form of a review but was not asked how things were and the lady at the front desk did not seem interested.

Outstanding quality. Great location near the highway, a quiet neighborhood but you pretty much got everything covered. There is a groceries store around the corner and I'd always get the room with kitchen. Very clean and felt like home. Kitchen was huge surprise. Breakfast was decent. I'd always stay here when I travel to Toronto.

The quality of this hotel is outstanding. From the moment we walked into the hotel, and the cool elevators, we knew we would love it. The staff was very friendly checking us in and gave us free parking. The parking garage was amazing, very spacious and safe for my vehicle. The location of this property is literally the BEST location. You have tons of restaurants, gas station, coffee shops and a shopping mall nearby. The room was brilliant! Very clean and felt like home. The kitchen was a huge surprise, It had a stove, oven, microwave, even large coffee mugs! The room also had iron, dryer and more than enough towels to accommodate us. The breakfast was very decent as well. They even let us do a late check out! I would give it 5/5 stars on this one :)
