This is one of the worst experiences we have had in a hotel. The first night and morning there was no hot water. The smells of people cooking in their rooms was everywhere in the hotel. Not just an odour, but whole floors stinking. Our room was extremely bad as the vent in the bathroom picked up smells of someone cooking (something like stir fry)that made my younger son almost vomit. Friends of ours had to switch rooms because when they arrived their washroom had feces on the toilet handle. The rooms are dated, which is fine, but really not clean either. Our TV didn't work and we needed to call maintenance as soon as we arrived. Outlets in the room also weren't working. The breakfast was terrible as well. DO NOT, stay at this hotel!!!

This hotel was ok for what it was nothing really special. I found it to be slightly overpriced. You're paying closer to a four star price than the three star hotel it is I stayed a week in this hotel and the biggest inconvenience to me was no mini fridge! Granted I am eating out when I travel but if you ever wanted to bring something back with you, you couldn't because of this inconvenience. I bought a few drinks and order to keep them cold I had to get ice from the machine but they only have working ice machines on the 5th and 6th floor, yet again another inconvenience. Most hotels keep their pool open late by the time I got home from work it was close to nine o'clock and the pool was closed. Instead of giving a free breakfast they will charge $13.95 a day for the breakfast, you're already paying $130 a night to stay there for that kind of money walk across the street to the Tim's or Mcdonalds and get a superior breakfast for less And the TV was a big disappointment, again for the price you're paying per night it was a slightly better package than basic cable. Overall it was an OK hotel but if you want to charge a premium price I expect it to be premium overall in all categories.J

We came here for a birthday party. The lobby was clean and well maintained. The bar area was also well laid out and bartender who gave us directions was friendly. The conference room was well set up and the service and staff was excellent. I am not certain about accommodation but a definite yes for events. Easy to find and park also

Attended a wedding. The hall is very nice but the rooms and overall condition of the place is average.

Restaurant does not have regular hours. Inroom coffee is terrible, keurigs need cleaned from time to time. There was no hot water. When we requested assistance we did not know it had been looked at until we called back two hours later. Airconditioning is too loud to hear tv and not disturb other guests. No room service. Housekeeping is awesome and friendly. No soap in shower. Staff at front desk are friendly and approachable.
