The only reason we booked this hotel is because it's part of the Hilton's honors and we needed more points. The other hotel we normally go to was booked. There's no padding underneath the carpet so it's a very hard surface. See the pictures for the stain on the curtain. There was no chair for the desk. The beds were OK and the room was OK, it still seemed clean for the most part. The towels were not soft like any other Hilton hotel that we go to. My fiance uses his app to book a room and check in a room online. He chose a king bed room. But when we got there the lady told us that all they have were 2 Queen bedrooms, and without telling us all of their business, they're having issues with those rooms. Weird statement, but anyway, if we don't have to we won't return.

Can't give this Merriott connected Inn a very good review. The bed was killer on both my back and my sisters. We were glad we only needed the room for two nights. The room key was troublesome and I had to get it addresses 3 times while staying there. The breakfast was pretty good with lots if variety. The breakfast room is quite small but the staff are wonderful all the way through. So all things considered it is a nice enough Inn to stay. We were grateful to get this room so late on the weekend of the MacKinac boat races. We were visiting our home town of some 34 years ago. It is still a lovely destination and we visited a number of dear friends.

Really friendly staff. Quiet rooms and convenient locations. My daughter forgot her jacket in the room after we left for Canada. The manager called me and let me know she would send it to our home right away.

The manager, Gayle was fantastic seeing to our every need. She was helpful in helping us find a place to eat. The room was spotless and comfortable. The hot tub was delightful. A wonderful place to stop after 7 hours on the road

This hotel is your average Hampton Inn. Clean rooms, free breakfast, pool and spa are available as well as a workout room. The staff were very helpful and polite. The breakfast could be improved as well as the desk and chair in the guest rooms. Apart from that the stay was enjoyable.
