Our room was very clean and service was awesome. I went there for my birthday because we were out of town. I was quite disappointed when I got there to see that the hot tub area had been filled in with cement and was a seating area. The pool water was fantastically warm and very enjoyable. The manager was very accommodating to work with my time frame requests and I was very happy with that. I only gave you three stars because part of going to a hotel pool area is being able to enjoy the hot tub. That was the only reason that I gave three stars instead of 5.

Front desk people are nice. Breakfast ist nice too, offered in warm and cold. The rate is little over average. Room and bed we have used were nice. Only thing we didn't like during our stay was the visible construction every where. Locationwise it is little tricky to get into hotel during night. Thus Someone might get on way to Canada.

The only reason I'm giving this place one star is because the the staff was as accommodating as they could be with what they have to deal with. This place is a dump. We arrived on 6/25 and left on 6/26. The first room my brother and I received was dirty. Not vacuumed. Cereal was all over the floor. We changed rooms. The second room was dirty also. There was a huge stain on the rug and the fridge smelled. The ironing board was broken and the towels were dingy. The place is being renovated. The breakfast is sub par also. Coffee, utensils, paper plates, and water are not available throughout the day. I would never stay here again.

Understand under renovation, but does not excuse uncleanness of rooms during our stay, the standard of breakfast has gone way down, and the presence of staff at desk was nonexistent as they sat in the office on their phones. Highly disappointed as we have been coming here for 3 years and multiple visits in those 3 years. Will be looking at other accommodations for the future visits.

We stayed here for two nights and it was just average. They advertise free WiFi, which is not true because it just doesn't work, the network is there, but you just can't connect. The sheets from my bed were not changed before my check in. Breakfast was ok and the bathrooms were clean. Will try to avoid Quality inn in the future if I can.
