Location needs updating along with breakfast. Beds were very uncomfortable rooms lacking and smelled. The staff is what’s amazing about this location. Exceeding expectations and going out of their way to make our stay the best it could be. Too many names to mention. House keeping, front desk to building maintenance guy. High quality. The only reason for three stars! Thank you so much for your hard work!

The rooms are very nice and comfortable! The lobby looks like it was newly renovated and is very nice! Very happy to have a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee machine in the room. The cookies in the lobby in the afternoon is a nice touch. We have enjoyed our stay.

Not all holiday inn's are equal. This one though in a decent neighborhood rates low for me as I felt it was dirty. For example when I changed the toilet paper, there were fingernail clippings in the space behind. The sink didn't drain. The fridge was not plugged in and smelled which could have been the overall source of the smell in the room.

The sink was clogged, the coffee maker was dirty, the toilet seat was broken. There was a huge gap between the door and the floor so you could hear everything in the hallway. The breakfast bar was the worst I've ever seen at a Holiday inn Express. It didn't feel clean. A sad excuse for a HIE.

Rooms are clean and the breakfast was decent. The staff has been really helpful, so overall a good stay.
