The man at the desk was nice and helpful. The room wasn't fancy and the bathtub was old. They have a small pool, which would have been very nice if there weren't a bunch of screaming kids in it the ENTIRE time (until it closed and then as soon as it opened). The pillows were so soft that I took a picture of the tag so I can buy some! Thick walls. Meager breakfast.

Price was Great! Staff was super friendly! However, when it came to our room ... shower wouldn't drain, toilet got backed up every other time it was flushed. Quick response to fix it after we called the front desk but it kept happening! Oh my goodness! For a non- smoking hotel anyone smoking outside or near your room, would fill up the room as if they were right there next to you.

When I checked in I had the rudest front desk clerk. He was so unprofessional spoke to me like I was dumb and kept saying Ma’am have you every stayed at a hotel! Honestly felt like I was being talked down to my entire check in! Because I questioned why it said I would pay at the property when I made my reservation then my card was charged the morning I was due to check in. The room smelled musty and floors felt like they were wet it was disgusting to say the least. The rooms was not cleaned well old papers left the pull out couch had cookies and crackers from god knows when. They didn’t provide any linens for the pull out bed. Small dark dirty bathrooms in need of a major remodel. The best experience during our stay was the morning breakfast staff they were so nice had everything full and kept asking guest if they were in need of anything and were ok. I would never stay here again or recommend anyone to stay here! Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had in my many hotel stays.

The location was ok. I loved the pool that was there and I love the easy access to the rooms. The rooms were cute and the service was ok. They could have been a little better
