Overall this was a pleasant experience, there was favourable weather during my stay and I was able to get some airtime with my drone. my booking was well maintained with fresh linens and kitchen/bath basics, and the staff was quick to provide their personal phone numbers for communication. I did find that there was a bit of sand on the property, however nothing that made my stay uncomfortable, only authentic. I suggest bringing extra bug spray, or perhaps some repellent incense to send the bugs to people at other sites.

We were at the cottage this summer and it was a total nightmare . when we got there the rooms were not ready at all. They were very unhygienic and poorly maintained. It had cockroaches and some of the rooms that had carpet were heavy with sand. Most times the water was shut down not too sure if it was to control the usage. toilets would get clogged very easily. When the issue was addressed to the management, they would say it was due to the beach being close by or no maintenance was available on the weekend. Above all Robin was really nice till she got the money upfront and insisted it being paid in cash only and did not show up at the cottage for the entire week. This place is definitely not recommended if you need to enjoy your stay away from home

Amazing location, steps away from beach 3 which was basically empty/private our whole stay. Super fun, easy going staff who really made our stay for my girlfriends Bacherlorette so so so much fun. Definitely not for high maintenance people as the cabins are cute and rustic and the vibe is very laid back but isn't that what you want on vacay!? Thanks James and friends :)

We visited Jul 6th to 10th, we were a big group of us and had booked 8 cottages. Although the location was good, the cottages were dusty and did not have hot water, toilet was clogged up, the property manager said would look into it but nothing was done and was not to be seen most of the time. When asked for the door key pad lock code, he had no idea so had to leave our door unlocked. The lady Robin who made the booking was quick to respond when it came to collecting the money, did not bother responding at all to the maintenance issues. Would not recommend this place unless price paid is all you care about. I am surprised that the below reply from the owner says there were no guests as we were 35 people and booked 8 cottages and have pics and copy of the chat we had with Robin confirming dates n pricing.

An amazing experience for everyone! We were able to book a cozy place that accommodated a group of us (6 persons) very easily. This was a first time booking a cottage and we will definitely do so again with Robin. There are many activities to do there including a scenic caves tour and outdoor sports including kayaking, climbing, and sky-diving. These were all affordable. It made our vacation much more enjoyable to go outside and be active for a little bit especially since we don't really have the time when we are back in the city. We had a lot of fun with all the choices for activities and it was a struggle to pick only a few! The cottage itself was clean, bright, and had a nice set up for us to enjoy the outdoor fire pit. It was also nearby the beach which allowed for nice strolls along the beach and gave us some great views. Again, you will have so many things to do while here so take advantage if you can and see what Wasaga beach has to offer. Thanks for all your help Robin. We will be back soon!
