We weren't expecting very much because of price but were pleasantly surprised. Very clean and nice staff. Pool is clear and grounds are lovely with all the flowers. Our room had full kitchen with separate bedroom and was very well equipped with everything you need. Bathroom had been recently remodeled and was stocked with more than enough towels and supplies. Breakfast was decent. Only negatives are minor. Kitchen window needs blinds, no task lights in kitchen, and couch in room has seen better days. We would stay here again and would recommend Blue Moon to friends and family.

A level above all other local budget motels. Beautiful and well manicured pool area, and the pool was heated and very comfortable. There is also an excellent seating area just outside the pool deck with a beautiful wooden gazebo and several picnic tables as well as several BBQ’s for guest use - with a grocery store just across the street large groups can save a lot of money cooking right at the motel. of you have a housekeeping room there is a decent supply of cooking and eating essentials. There was a small but more than adequate complementary breakfast in the AM that included cereal, bagels/toast, eggs, pastries, and coffee - more than enough to start your day! There is also a children’s play area with slide, etc. The grounds of the motel are well kept with well tended flowers everywhere, and the staff were very friendly and occasionally chatted with guests around the property making sure everyone was satisfied, or if they needed anything. Several of the rooms have been beautifully updated and are very modern, but some are dated or in a partial state of upgrade (the bathroom in our housekeeping unit for example was beautifully updated, but the rest of the room had not yet been), but it was clean and serviceable nonetheless. It seems perhaps upgrades are being done in stages - understandable. Our room and beds were made up while we were out for the day with plentiful clean towels, etc. Overall don’t expect a 5 star experience, but if you’re looking for a budget motel, don’t look any further - the Blue Moon is without doubt the best choice in the Falls. Would gladly stay again!

Quaint little motel near the Falls. Many other motels are nearby but most of them look awful, so they definitely are set apart from the rest. Amenities fall a bit short when compared to a hotel stay, but should be expected for a place like this. They do offer a small complimentary breakfast which is alright. The rooms are small but comfortable and clean. Some minor complaints: The wall AC unit was not cleaned in some time, so I took the liberty of cleaning the air filter. They really should keep up maintenance on these as poor cleaning can lead to issues with air quality and stuff like Legionnaire's disease. The tub was backwards, as in the shower head and spigot were on one side, and the drain and that round metal part on the other side, making baths super uncomfortable. I understand if this is just due to plumbing limitations, but still it's odd. Most of the outlets were very loose and wouldn't hold things like cell phone chargers; they simply fell out. Aside from these minor things (only taking off one star for it), it's a pretty nice and quiet place that's too far from the Falls at all. I'd likely go again so long as the prices stay low.

So cute, we stayed here only one night and I was wishing we could've stayed longer. It's a beautiful and well kept little place, rooms were clean and I liked our tiny kitchen. There was also an area for grilling outside. The pool is small but lovely and has a nice deep end. There's also a playground area if you've got kids.
