You generally get what you pay for, if you don't fork out big bucks... don't expect to get the best there is. I will say that I was blown away by the customer service at this place. They were always trying their best to make my stay more comfortable and enjoyable. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that everything was to my satisfaction. The decor may be old but the place was clean. Will visit again

This place is terrible. Except for the fact that we got there late, I definitely would have looked elsewhere. It's the type of place that would probably rent rooms by the hour. They include breakfast so we headed to the "restaurant" area. I saw the guy in the back trying to mix waffle batter. I poured some in the waffle maker and when it beeped to indicate it was ready.... Still runny. Just go to a real restaurant.... Which is probably what they want you to do

Stayed here on a Thursday night. The room (2 queen beds) is very spacious, the bathroom looks just refurbished. Very happy with staying here. And given the price and the distance to the Niagara Falls, this is more than enough for me. Will definitely recommend this place. Oh yes, the breakfast was not great, there were waffles and muffins. And some canned fruits. Overall I’m a happy customer.

The room I rented at this motel has older decor (#146 a red heart shaped Jacuzzi and older wallpaper) but it was spotless. The bed was comfortable and clean. The shower stall was small but very clean. It was off season so it was pretty quiet. It's not close to the Falls so you would need to drive or take public transit.

Very dated rooms but they were clean. Continental breakfast area was very small with a line to get in and out with very little seating. On the plus side it is within walking distance of of Niagra Falls State Park.
