The room was clean but had a very strong distinctive pet odor. I brought a pet so I understood and they provided me with air freshener that helped but I think they could do better at eliminating the odor beforehand. There was no hand soap in the bathroom sink. It advertises a 10 to 15-minute walk to the falls and it was actually 20 plus. The service staff were very friendly and accommodating.

The staff is great. It IS pet friendly..we were happy for THAT..so with that being said.. Room 107 smells of previous pets, Not the best housekeeping, Slow drain in shower STILL clogged from previous reviews I read, Too far to walk to attractions especially at night... I would recommend only if you have a pet . If you love hot water and free coffee for breakfast ..big thumbs up...

Very pleasant staff and nice room. A great location to get to the Falls and downtown area. Would definitely stay again. They are also happy to see pets, not just accommodating. Staff welcomed pets as they came in. Super great all around!

Terrible. They charge as if it's a 4* when it is barely a 2*. Drapes that don't keep the sun out, doors that slam closed all through the night, rooms that smell. They ran out of pillows, a hotel ran out of pillows?? And offered towels instead . Way over priced for what it is.

I chose this motel because it took pets. That was its main advantage, and the check-in process was wonderful and friendly as well. The rooms, on the pet floor, were both smelly. The clientele was loud late into the night. The room was clean and spare, as expected, the bed slept well. I gave three stars because, while I expected the room to be spare, the cost was high for the level of room provided, even considering the proximity to Niagara Falls. The room was clean enough and location felt safe, and I would recommend it for pet owners, knowing the facts above.
