The staff was very courteous and helped me out as much as possible. Very nice guy! The room was what you expect at the price. It did the good so we were satified.

Needed to cancel and get a refund. Called many times for 3 weeks and the "MANAGER" was never there to issue a refund. (How convenient) ended up calling my bank to get my money back.

This motel has its pros and cons. The pros are: Very close to Clifton Hill, good value for the money. Normally the closer the hotel is to Clifton Hill and the falls, the more expensive. But this motel is an exception. The cons: It is really run down. Carpets have spots all over them, very dirty, toilets are leaking, paint peeling off.... I would stay here again but just don't expect much considering the price.

Very expensive for how little you get. You are paying for location and nothing else. If you can afford it, spring for something else. Poor lighting in rooms, weird smell, consistently loud neighbors, apathetic staff. You'll get a roof over your head but nothing else.

Property was very presentable and well kept. Rooms were nicely setup, very clean and well maintained. Also, The Staff at the front desk was very nice and helpful with anything we needed. And to top it all off their rooms are greatly priced! Definitely would keep coming back. And recommend to anyone who is looking!
