This hotel is excellent and offers an in-house bar & restaurant, indoor & outdoor pool & balconies! It’s clean, updated, and a great location! Always our first choice when visiting Niagara Falls. The rooms are very clean, the staff are friendly and we wouldn’t stay anywhere else!

Hotel is excellent! Updated better than most hotels! No carpet in our room, tiles and laminate floors all around! The only thing that was poor was the shower curtain that smelled a little (dampness). Other than that, 5 stars!!!👍🏽

My boyfriend and I wanted to enjoy a relaxing Friday night stay at this hotel to wind down after a hectic week of work. We decided to go out on the balcony from our room on the 4th floor around 11:30pm - I closed the sliding door behind me, and when we wanted to go back inside the room, the sliding door would not open. Somehow, it locked us out on the balcony. We did not have the proper attire to bear the -15 degree temperature outside, and we did not have our phones to call the front desk. We had to wait for strangers passing on the street to go to the reception desk and try to get a Holiday Inn employee to help us. After waiting approx. 30 minutes, an employee tried to open the front door to the room - but unfortunately, the security latch was on - so, that door would not open either. The lady that was "helping" us, did not have a sense of urgency which was very frustrating and disappointing. She came outside from the ground floor to speak us, and told us that she would maybe - just maybe?! - have to call an ambulance to get us down. Besides that one time, she did not check up on us or keep us updated to try to keep us calm during this time. She did not seem trained or well prepared to handle this type of emergency. This was a horrible experience. As a suggestion, please train your employees to handle your guests with care, have a sense of urgency, and ensure that your rooms/facility is 100% safe before allowing people to stay in your hotel.

Very nice hotel. Clean rooms. Beds are super comfy. Sauna is nice. Pool was a bit cloudy and there was sand in the hot tub. Will definitely be returning in the future. Lady at the desk was very nice. Restaurant is nice as well pizza is delish. Location is perfect

My parents stayed at this location and they enjoyed themselves so much they are returning next month for another weekend away. The front desk was extremely kind and they assisted with all of their needs. The Manager - Teresa - was extra helpful with accommodation and really knows the value of customer service. Thanks Holiday Inn for having my parents and giving them an amazing experience in Niagara!
