We paid $225 plus $15 for parking which we thought was okay until we showed up. My friend got the exact same room as my fiance and I, yet only paid $160.. then we realized for an extra $10 - $20 we could of stayed at a better place. I wouldn't pay more than $150... The beds are rock solid, has 2 sinks and a tv... but no fridge, no microwave. In our room 425 the cold water handle was an issue for the shower... it's broken so you had to turn it a certain way, bathroom fan didn't work, and the shower went ice cold 5 minutes later. Also there's a door to go to the next room beside us, but the dead bolt didn't work so that made me a little nervous. The ceiling was falling apart, some pieces were just hanging there. The staff was great, very friendly and welcoming... however we weren't told there was karaoke until 2am. It's a place to put your head if you don't mind the karaoke, but I feel we over paid and the place can use some fixes. Needless to say I won't be going back.

Good location and decent rooms. Unfortunately they have karaoke every night in the bar outside till 2am. While the old in room AC drowns it out somewhat, you still won't have a restful night till they finish. Not bad for a night but I wouldn't want to put up with it long term.

It was snowing a lot and the machine worked almost the entire night. I had to wake up early and I couldn't sleep, it was terrible. They also should offer breakfast. The bedroom is very nice and organized, big and useful. Nice coffee machine, loved that

The location is great as it’s in the heart of Clifton Hill. The only objectionable thing is the haunted house attraction behind this motel. All day and late into the night you hear the drums and screams from that attraction. It’s a bit jarring, especially with little kids.

Family and I have stayed here 2 yrs in a row and will be back next year. Great location great prices. Very minimalist room but thats ok if your just setting up camp in the midst of clifton hill
