Renovations have improved this gem of a place! Dinner on deck delicious and wonderful! Bit disappointed with some of the attitude from front desk staff re: late check-out. Breakfast needs ice water on buffet, yogurt ,fruit, healthier bread choices. But overall a wonderful experience! Clean, comfortable beds!

Came in for their Mother's Day Brunch and decided to treat my mom for a little getaway and spa weekend! And I have to say, I have never seen such incredible hospitality, friendly staff, and professionalism in every action at a resort like this! We saw an ad online and I'm so happy we made the decision to come up from Toronto. It really takes you away from the city life and into a more relaxed, calm, and family friendly atmosphere. My mom loved it! The ladies at the spa were amazing and made sure we felt like the most important people in the room! The brunch was also fantastic, with excellent presentation of the food! The view is breathtaking and the rooms are super comfy. Needless to say, it was a luxurious experience.

My Wife and I had a family gathering at Ramada Resort and it was amazing, Victor had gone well beyond anything I would have expected, He was polite, attentive and made sure we were waited on hand and foot. We had booked a small room off the main lobby for 25 people which could have easily held 40 people. It was perfect. Chef Romeo prepared a perfect meal that everyone raved about , Chef Romeo also came to the room to ensure that all was perfect. After dinner we all went to the licences patio and enjoyed a beautiful evening as the sun slowly set. Would I book other events there, absolutely. As a mater of fact family and friends are in the process of booking their event at the Resort

Came here with my daughter and her grandma to have a ladies trip to spa, pool, and resort. I am so happy we came here. The spa is so nice, and the service is fantastic. Our room was clean and comfy. The view was my favourite. We ate on patio and watched the sunset, it was so relaxing. My mom has dietary restrictions and the staff was able to compensate for this with ease and no delay! The pool was also very nice to relax in. Truly a great experience. coming again!

We stayed in the Superior king suite and our room was satisfyingly spacious. My son can literally run around inside. The jacuzzi was lovely and everything was clean and neat even though we checked in an hour early. There are lots of places around to eat at within 15 minutes of driving. The lake is just a stone's throw away. Our only issue is that they don't have elevators. My son was sleeping in his stroller so I had to carry the whole 'package' up a short flight of stairs. Other than that, it would have been perfect!
