DISGUSTING - WET URINE IN BED My partner and I stayed in one of the pet friendly rooms on May 30th. We arrived after a long day on the road, and found that the bed in our room had a very large urine spot on the sheets under the covers that was still soaking wet. As always though, it was how the situation was handled by the hotel staff that was most upsetting. The woman at the front desk was unable to move us to clean room because the hotel was full, and was only able to offer a 10% discount. This was unacceptable, and the next morning the manager was only willing to refund 35% our room fee. I don't believe we should have bee charged anything to stay in a room that hadn't been cleaned and had a urine soaked bed. However the manager's response was that "we could have left," but she was willing to offer us a 50% discount on our NEXT stay - as though we'd stay at this hotel ever again. Both the front desk staff and manager were very quick to inform us that "this hotel has won awards for our cleanliness" - as though that matters when you arrive to find a pee soaked bed. I will never stay at this hotel again, and would recommend you stay elsewhere - on past trips I have had good success with the Holiday Inn on Bay St.

On the main street going through the city, so was easy to find. Room had queen sized bed, couch, (possibly a hide a bed), mini fridge, and actual instructions for usage of the tv. Onefall back was the parking, as the lot was small, and not assigned to any room, yet even had motorcycle parking area, and made sure to put cloths to wipe bike down after it rained in morning without asking.

Lovely hotel. Located right on the 11. Rooms are large, quiet and clean. Newly renovated. Great place to rest for the night or explore the city. Two issues. First was the dog fee is way too much. It's $20 a night a dog. Second was that they charge an extra $6 for an first floor accessible room, which is not fair considering we did not have a choice to move to the main floor and if you require being on the first floor for accesibility reasons.

Right on highway 17 it was so easy to get to. Perfect for an overnight thing, comfy bed, clean and tidy. Would go back.

Very clean, nice rooms. Service was excellent. No complaints. Will definitely stay there again.
