I clicked one star because there wasn't any start below it. Room was very tiny and i was promised a double bed at my online booking. But i got a single bed that was very insufficient for me and my wife. Night was very difficult due to this. Breakfast was not good unlike other hotels of same category. I felt like being in a motel. Couldn't get bed replaced unfortunately. Guy with long hair at the desk wasn't friendly at all. I had to stay in another hotel next night.

Floors were sticky, I wore my sandals the entire time. I was in a suite and the extra space was very nice, but the floors were sticky and the comforters did not look to be too clean. AC units were very quiet which was a big plus. Staff was very friendly. Ultimately I don't think I will be returning dispite the lower cost of the room.

Rooms were clean, staff was friendly, and the service was prompt. I love visiting the Soo! There's interesting history there and really beautiful scenery.
