Had a wheelchair accessible room, roll-in shower with a silicon lip that folds down when you wheel over it pretty easily. The bathroom had enough room to fit 2 wheelchairs in at the same time. The mini fridge had a buzzing coming from it. They were able to modify the bed by removing the frame to lower it enough to transfer into it, which is always great. Good, clean, no frills, basic lodgings.

Our weekend experience at Holiday Inn St Ignace was amazing! Laurie was so helpful, as orbitz booked us in another hotel that was overbooked. Laurie found us a beautiful lakefront room last minute. The room was very clean, with new updated furniture, comfortable bed and big mini fridge. The pool was very clean, and HEATED! The breakfast was delicious, with many popular brand items and a huge variety of food. We had a wonderful time and wish we could’ve stayed longer! Thank you Laurie!

First the staff was excellent. Very friendly and helpful. Gave good recommendation and advice as we were new to the area. The view of the lake was magnificent. That is why I gave it 4 stars. However, the breakfast area was way to small for the amount of guests. The room was very small. The width of the room was the two queen bedsand the night stand. The AC/heater was right next to the bed. It blew right in your face all night. They also need to update their court yard. Looks a little scaggy...

Pretty good in general. 1st floor rooms are right with housekeeping/laundry rooms. Lake view room was great but lots of spiders in the corner of ceilings.

Easy access on a busy weekend. Room was very nice, breakfast was better than most, and staff was very friendly. Well Done Holiday Inn Express.
