MY STAY WAS FANTASTIC WAS ABLE TO CHECK IN EARLY AT 11 AM WHICH WAS AWESOME. CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT WAS FANTASTIC SHERRI BOTH TIMES. SHE WAS GREAT AT HER JOB... LOVE THE LEMON/LIME WATER IN THE FRONT LOBBY. THE BREAKFAST IS VERY GOOD... I ALWAYS BOOK THE KING JACUZZI ROOMS AND THEY ALL HAVE BEEN GREAT... PARKING CAN BE ANNOYING HERE AT THIS PROPERTY BUT YOU REALLY DON'T NEED A VEHICLE YOUR IN CENTRETOWN WHICH YOU CAN WALK TO EVERYTHING OVERALL ITS ALWAYS A JOY TO BE HERE THANK YOU FOR A GREAT TIME

Very nice place! I am a local and take a mini-vacation there as often as I can. Best part is the room itself, but also don,t miss the great breakfast buffet. Delicious. From checkin to checkout, well organized with caring staff. Will always return, whether alone or with family.

Best Western Plus was amazing. The service was outstanding and very kind. The hotel rooms where a good size and the sofa bed could fit 2-3 people plus it had another bed that could fit 2 people. Overall it was an incredible stay.

This is a well maintained property just outside the city’s core but walkable to most attractions (and a block from the Natural History Museum and three from one of the city’s major eating/drinking streets-Elgin). The price is attractive and includes a basic though not extravagant breakfast buffet. Rooms are well maintained, clean and nicely decorated. The neighbourhood is quiet and green.

Nice, big and comfortable room, mostly clean. Breakfast was included, not much of variety of food, but pretty decent (bagels, muffins, eggs, sausage, fruits). When I was there, outdoor parking was not available, so I had to choose underground parking and were charged fully priced. Very polite and professional staff. Convinient location.
