We stayed there one night for a business trip. The suite was nice and clean, but as many here stated the decor and everything else goes back to 80'-90's. It's a downtown location and close to many dining options, which is very convenient. The price overall was acceptable. The big disappointment was due to parking our car in the underground garage for $30 extra....it, along with other 25-30 or more cars parked there that night, was broken into. A window was smashed in each one of them. Clearly, a very serious breach in security that went on for quite some time unnoticed. Car owners got an apology letter! How sweet of the management. Staff helped cleaning the car, which was appreciated of course, but I would think this does not cover my over $600 in damage costs.

The Tower Suites section is intended for long-term stays of a week or more. They are really small apartments with a working kitchen, living room, etc. The residences are also geared towards elders as there are safety features like bars and an emergency alarm. The telephone and television are in the living room. I thought I imagined it but a co-worker in another room confirmed that the couch was hard and slanted downwards/forward. So there may have been some sort of lift assistance feature but I did not check it. It was a very quiet place other than the usual sounds of the city.

I went here for a couple drinks... it was a great experience. I was served by Melissa. She had very quick service and was attentive. The second my drink was finished she asked me if I wanted a second one. She also made sure I had water while I was drinking. I wouldn't normally consider a hotel bar a hot spot, but after visiting this place I am sold!

We had a really pleasant stay here! We rented the jacuzzi suite and the room was very clean and comfortable. I was really happy with the price of the room considering I was looking at about double at some other places. I was a little disappointed about the price of renting a movie - we ended up not renting one because it's pretty high. I also found $30 for underground parking a little pricy. We were going to go to the new Big Daddy's restaurant for a "night cap" but it was already closed so we went for breakfast there instead and I have to say it was really wonderful! I feel like any negative stuff was super minor and was taken care of immediately by the friendly staff. I would go back :)

I was not there for long but the place is clean and the rooms are decently nice. I had nothing to complain about during my visit. Location is in the heart of downtown and easy to find.
