Fantastic place to land. We really enjoyed the hospitality from all of the folks who work at Albert at Bay. The room was more of an apartment in size and was super clean and well decorated. Parking right at the building and perfect central location to all the amenities and attractions makes it a perfect spot to stay. Highly recommend and special thanks to the staff for helping us get into the room early. It’s what you hope for when coming to town for a concert and made the whole evening special. Cheers!

I live in Ottawa and this is the hotel I recommend to any out-of-town guests that need a place to stay. I've never heard anything negative about it from anyone I've recommended it to. Each suite comes with a kitchen, spacious living area, and comfortable bedroom. The rooms and interiors are very clean, the staff very helpful and courteous, and the location is close enough to downtown while being just enough on its western edge to avoid the noise and bustle. A safe, reliable choice for an overnight stay.

Fabulous stay!! We stayed with our kids, we had our own room, our oldest had her own room and our youngest had the pull out couch. We had a full kitchen, which makes life a lot easier when you have to deal with food allergies. The hotel is right downtown, so we were within walking distance to parliament, which was nice!! The only thing that I would have changed is that there is only one plug for electric cars. Over the weekend there were 4 cars here that were trying to charge. Overall it was a great stay and we plan on coming back!!

1. Professional and Kind Staff 2. Location is amazing! Close to everything. 3. Rooms are massive! I reserved a one bedroom suite overnight room is spot clean, fully equipped kitchen, huge living room and a good sized bedroom. Closets and bathroom good size. We basically rented a 1 bedroom apartment. 4. Beds are super comfy! We got 2 beds in the room and 1 pull out bed in the living room. 5. Underground parking is available for $24- I think it's worth it. Overall, we had a blast staying in this hotel. Would book it again when we visit Ottawa.

Great value for money. Very-very-very clean. Spotless! Don't be deceived by the exterior look of a 30y.o. condo. Albert at the Bay offers spacious suites with family room, breakfast area, fully equipped kitchenette, bedroom and two washrooms. Everything is nice, neat, very clean and in proper order. Great service. 15 minutes walking distancefrom the parliament. Highly recommend!
