Tina was an excellent host, the accommodations of the bedroom and the home were outstanding, extremely clean and warm, she is a very warm honest host . She made my wife and i very comfortable. We shared the night together laughing, she gave us space and privacy. The next morning she provided an excellent breakfast , omelette / scrambled eggs, toast multi-able juices, bacon and pea meal bacon, it was awesome. If you are ever in the area and need a place to stay this is it.

Tina was there as we arrived, and made our welcome feel exciting! The two nights we spent at Laughing Waters with our whole family was perfect! Everything was comfortable, immaculate, and in excellent condition. Jumping in the October lake was a pleasure for some, and the hot tub was quite welcome after. It was a lovely escape! Thanks again, Tina.

It was such a serene place. Tina (the host) was absolutely wonderful. Would recommend this place to anyone wishing for a getaway weekend from the hustle and bustle of city life.

On our road trip from Toronto, we stopped by in beautiful Algoma Mills and slept at the Laughing Waters cottage hosted by the amazing Tina Schneider. She was really friendly and accommodated us on short notice with a very clean house that had everything we could imagine and much more. She let us use her 2 kayaks to explore the quiet and beautiful Lauzon lake, which was very relaxing and fun. She even let us use her big jacuzzi in the back, which overlooks the lake! Tina is very sweet and will help you if you have any questions, and her breakfasts are delicious! We enjoyed sharing her waterfront cottage with her very much and we are looking forward to coming again. If you are driving through Algoma Mills, make sure to check out Elliot Lake which is 30 mins drive NE from Algoma Mills towards Sudbury. Elliot Lake is a legendary uranium mining town with an interesting history. We even visited Quirke lake and checked out the Denison mine, which is an abandoned uranium mine located approximately 12km north of Elliot lake. We looked for accommodations in Elliot Lake but couldn't find anything nice so we thankfully went to the Laughing Waters cottage in Algoma Mills. Best cottage for rent ever! Thank you Tina and see you soon! Drazen
