It was strange for me not to be able to do a call in reso, had to do it on line and pay immediately. No front desk or staff on the reception was not warm or inviting. The rooms and equipment was dated, but at least were clean and didn't smell, the spiders and cobwebs were easy to deal with. Would I stay there again even though it was close to the beach and downtown, probably not. It did have some family suites with kitchenette which would be good for a few days when traveling with the family. It wasn't that it was terrible, it just wasn't that good.

I just keep going back. A quaint small motel only 1 minute to the beach or 1 minute to town. Brian is a most gracious host. I will be back again soon. BTW - they serve the best Gelato you will ever find.

Terrific location. A one minute walk to the beach & main strip of restaurants. The rooms are dated but are being consistently making strives at renovating the rooms throughout the year. Most importantly, the rooms are clean. The staff, especially the owner Brian is extremely welcoming and never hesitates to provide complimentary coffee every morning. Their new addition of Gelato is perfect for a hot summers day.

Wonderful place for everyone. Beach around the corner, so are restaurants. Owner such a nice person, always concerned about his guests. Been going there for 5 years, it is addictive, a must go holiday place. 😀🏄🚴🍕🍔🍜🍷🍵🍰🍨

Excellent Motel. Brian is the greatest. Rooms are dated, but clean and well maintained. Minute walk to the beach. Great experience. Will be back again.
