Well the rooms are very dated. There is a musty odour. The sink for the bathroom isn't even in the bathroom, the bed isn't comfortable. However the people around are super nice and friendly. It's near the beautiful beach and it's just overall a really nice stay but the place is dated.the people and view are worth it.

We booked the Sauble Motor Inn very last minute when our camping plans didn't work out. They were very accommodating and we had no trouble getting a room even though our family was pretty large that came. We had 4 adults and 3 small children and we found it really nice for families! We got to use one of many barbeques and a firepits. There was a geocache near by, and a small park. It was a really short walk to the beach and only about a ten minute walk to the Sauble Beach shops. The sunset from the balcony was beautiful and the beds were really comfortable!! I would definitely recommend the motel!

The entire place smelled musty and when we arrived it stank of insecticide so they must spray often to keep roaches away. The rooms and stairway are in need of renovation, the stairs have a thick carpet that made them quite narrow and unsafe especially when you are lugging up your things. That being said it is a short walk to the beach and town strip is also within walking distance. There is an exercise room, outdoor pool and BBQs on the property for your use. The room has a small fridge, microwave, kitchen table, futon and decent wall mounted TV with cable. There is a window air conditioning unit but it is in the main room which is seperate from the bedroom thus it is not much help at night. If they spend a little money updating the rooms and stairs then it could be a real gem. I can't comment on the single cabins as I did not see inside of them.

Dated rooms, but very clean. Three minutes walk from the beach. A little pricey, but that's what you pay for the convenience of being so close. I'll be returning.
