Mitch and Leah are fantastic hosts and operate several beautiful properties in Sauble Beach. I have personally booked multiple cottages through them over several years and will continue for many more to come. The variety of properties available through them allows guests to decide which area of Sauble Beach they would like to stay in, weather it's near the action on the main strip or away from the hustle and bustle. The brand new properties and the renovations they have completed on their older properties ensures they are all modern and clean, and shows the time and care they put into everything they do. Every guest I have brought along with me agrees they are the best at what they do. I highly recommend booking with them when visiting Sauble Beach!

My 6 friends and I rented Mitch's "Pine Villa cottage" for a weekend in early June. We LOVED how close we were to the beach! It was only a 2 minute walk! The cottage was so nicely decorated and kept impeccably clean. We so much enjoyed the outdoor area and the fire pit! It had everything we needed for our stay, and everything was made easily accessible. Mitch was SO friendly and welcoming! He trustingly welcomed us into his home and gave us all the information we needed for our stay! He even recommended a lovely local diner that my friend's and I enjoyed on the afternoon of our last day! We definitely, without a doubt will be visiting Sauble Beach again next year. We had so much fun, we plan to make this a yearly trip! We all agreed that'd we'd be contacting Mitch to stay in one of his lovely cottages! Thanks for the great weekend Pine Villa!

I have stayed at the River Cottage twice in the summer of 2014 and 2015. This cottage is directly on the Sauble River and a two minute drive to the beach and Sauble Falls. We used the kayaks, canoes, and swam in the river. This cottage has excellent modern amenities, is extremely comfortable and clean. Thank you Mitch and Leah for providing a great experience will be back soon.

These cottages are as advertised, luxurious with comfort and style! My wife and I stayed at the river cottage for a week and it was amazing. We viewed other cottages owned by Mitch and Leah, and highly recommend them.
