Most of the hotel was under construction while we were there and we did get woken up in the morning by work. If you drive a large vehicle be aware the parking garage is very tight, you can probably fit but it may take some manuvering. That said, the room we stayed in was brand new and had a spectacular view of Windsor/Detroit. I will most likely stay here on my next visit to Windsor.

Place Is okay at best. Won’t be back. Very old hotel more than half is under construction. Hallways were dirty. Staff was nice no complaints about them. Room was very out dated wasn’t vacuumed through. and haven’t been redone in a long time. Caulk in shower had a lot of mold. Wasn’t fully cleaned. Parking is a little sketchy it’s on the second floor outside in a very tight lot. Also doesn’t seem very secure. Picture was right outside our room. Would rather spend 30-40$ more for a better hotel.

The hotel just renovated a few floors. Service was fantastic. Very friendly service desk representative. The price was reasonable for a one night stay.

I would love to share my experience with my stay at this hotel but 3 days before my stay I was called and told that my reservation had been cancelled due to the construction but a check of the dates show I can book the day before my date and a day after my date. I planned this for weeks in advance and my children were excited to enjoy a nice night in downtown Windsor with the carnival and fireworks. Everything is now booked and I can’t get a room anywhere..... thanks for nothing

We arrived for Bluesfest to a newly renovated room. Very nice but there was no furniture except a desk char. No couch table or chair so...nowhere to sit. We were there for some seriously needed R&R but construction noise stated in the early morning so no sleeping in. The main entrance was clean and inviting but the entertance from the parking area was atrocious. There was an overflowing garbage can and cigarette butts and spilled liquid everywhere right at the doorway. Both nights we went out at 5pm and going to our vehicle we encontered the construction workers from the hotel sitting at a picnic table drinking beer and spewing vulgarities. When getting into our car we noticed the truck beside us had 4 workers inside smoking pot. The day we left at noon there were again 2 guys smoking pot right there at the picnic table. We shook our heads and he just yelled at us that it was legal... Really??? We have stayed here many times but will not return. The manager of this company doing this renovation needs to be held accountable for his crews deplorable behavior ( never mind the fact that they are working while impaired) and I hope the Sunbridge hotel does something about this
