We slept in a room that was gross. First thing I noticed in the room was a big spider and spider webs all over the room. The smoke detector in the room did not work (against the law), the sheets on the bed had stains on them as well as the furnature also had stains. The walls had a lot of damage and stains. The washroom light flickered so much it could have easily given someone a seizure. The light switch when you entered the room did not work, you had to go to the other side of the room to turn on the lights. The carpet in the room had duct tape and huge rips. The blinds in the room looked as if someone had slashed them with a knife. The wall heater had a bunch of duct tape on it (fire hazard?) There was urine in the toilet from I would assume the previous people that had stayed in the room. Sure it's a cheap room but that was unacceptable.

Owners are pleasant, ninja quiet housekeeping, good value. Wifi needs work and some minor maintenance.

You get what you pay for usually but with this place you get slightly more. It's called Budget Inn for a reason, however they are very friendly and helpful. Room are old but clean. Ample parking directly in front of your room which is perfect for my crew, we get to monitor our trucks from the room. I will definitely be staying here again when travelling for work.

A nice quiet place away from the hustle of town. A great place for contractors with a large and safe parking area for your vehicles. Rooms appear a bit dated but very clean and the staff are friendly and easy to communicate your needs to. The price is definitely right and I look forward to my next stay. Thanks
