This place is an absolute dump! The first room we were assigned to, had not even been cleaned by 4:30 in the afternoon. The alternate room was just as dirty but apparently the bed had been made; to who's standards I question but I did get to see the cleaning staff and then understood why it was such a sloppy job. The bathroom was not cleaned properly and the entire room was dark and dingy. If I'd had more time I would have found somewhere else to sleep for the night but didn't so decided to suck it it up for the one night. The bed was hard and obviously outfitted with the cheapest mattress known to mankind. We had the pleasure of having obnoxious low life neighbours on the second floor who decided at 3:45 am that they wanted to sit out on the surrounding veranda and be as loud as possible. My husband got up and asked them to tone it down but he was met with crass unaccommodating comments. He was then forced to get dressed and go to the main office and ask the they deal with these horrible people. If you've ever been to Cuba and stayed in a 2 star hotel, this is about the quality you can expect. For the money that was charged for this room, I feel completely ripped off and I would never recommend this to anyone. If you can handle loud, uneducated people that have no regard with respect to manners, cleanliness or courtesy then this is the place for you but if you prefer a more refined setting where people know how to behave then DO NOT BOOK this location. I honestly do not know how an owner of an establishment can feel justified at offering this as a place to stay. It's run down and disgusting!

Showing its age, however, it has an indoor and an outdoor pool. Both well maintain. Very polite and helpful staff. You get what you pay for. We paid for a bed to sleep in, got two, with working a/c and a clean bathroom. As well as an option to use the pool(s).

This hotel gets zero stars from our family when we arrived there was urine all over our bathroom shower wall, the ceiling was peeling off onto the floor, the toilet paper roll was not changed and has residue on it, and our bathroom sink had toothpaste splatter on the mirror and the sink it’s self. We asked for it to be cleaned, went out for our day came back and nothing was cleaned. We stayed for two nights and our bed was never made or changed and we decided to leave the third night because it was just plain out disgusting and I’ve never felt so dirty in my entire life. we demanded our money back and they fought with us about it. You walked into the breakfast room And saw everyone touching things with their bare hands no tongs or utensils. We walked right out and never ate at the hotel. We went to Denny’s down the street. Please do not come here. It’s so grosssssss.

We were checked into a room with 2 queen beds but we reserved a king room and paid an upcharge for it. We complained, and the clerk changed our room, but in hindsight I wish we had kept the two queen beds because the king room was disgusting. The bathroom was dirty, the rug was gross, and both the rug and ceiling had obvious signs of water damage. The bed was terribly uncomfortable. The door had a slight gap at the top and the bottom and I’m assuming that is why the room had a bunch of bugs in it. We seriously thought about just going out to sleep in the car, it was that bad. We stayed here a couple of years ago, so we knew it was low budget and figured that was ok for a quick crash pad, but we will never go again. Free breakfast was included, but we couldn’t get out of there fast enough and decided to pay for breakfast somewhere (anywhere) else. Do yourself a favor and stay in a different budget motel in Niagara Falls, there are plenty of them. Can’t seem to leave zero stars, so I’ll give it one under duress.

Our large family went for a night this past weekend in Niagara falls and we got a great deal for 2 rooms with the pool and a breakfast included. For the price we paid it was an exceptional deal. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Even though the hotel shows it's age in places, everything was clean and taken care of. We will definitely return.
