Worst hotel experience in my life. We arrived an hour after check in and our room still wasn't ready yet. 20 mins of waiting, and our room is ready. We get there and it looked so run down. Stains on the carpet, strands of hair in the tub and on the shower walls. No cold water from the sink. The toilet barely worked. The bed was the absolute worst of it all. I felt like I was sleeping on plywood! I'd never recommend this hotel, even to someone that I dislike.

First room we got into the AC didn't work. That was unsatisfying especially since they allowed to put us in that room and they had knowledge of the room having no A.C horrible. The second room the put us in had a bunch of stains on the floor. They were also wet. At the time I figured that maybe they had a minor water leak from the storm couple days ago but later on I found out they put us in a pet friendly room. So that wet spot no idea what it could of been. Overall just a horrible experience. It was also my fiancee and I anniversary. But the staff was friendly so this does deserve one star for that.

Days Inn by Wyndham has an excellent staff. We stayed there for two nights, and although we did have a few issues with our room, the staff made up for the problems we encountered. Overall, the bed was comfy and the room was quiet. Despite the inconveniences we faced, we would probably stay here again. Jennifer, Miriam, and Tanya were the three ladies who helped us work out the issue, and we were thankful for the understanding and helpful nature of the staff.

Super bad experience here. My boyfriend and I checked in and went to our room and realized we got the motel side of the hotel, so said whatever. Then after using the toilet it got CLOGGED (nothing hefty). So then we call front desk, asking if they can send someone to come unclog our toilet. They said yes and we waited for about 15 minutes (no one showed up), so we called back and it turns out the person is busy and won't be showing up. SO WE wasted a good 15 minutes and decided to go out for food, however when we got back they just left the plunger outside our door. On top of that, we did not have any hot water for our shower so we had to change rooms. ONCE we changed rooms the WIFI in the other room DID NOT work... We called front desk more than 10 times asking for help but all they said was 'sorry because no one else is having this issue, we unfortunately cannot do anything'. Did not even compensate us with anything such as our parking fee ($15/night), or apologize to us. 1/10 recommended, if you can please save your money and stay elsewhere.

When we booked our hotel we were alittle nervous as the reviews were not great but when we got here we were greeted by amazing staff and a nice hotel. The rooms were clean and in good condition. It was a little far from the falls but we got the WeGo passes and took the bus everywhere. It didn't have continental breakfast but it has a restaurant connected and a good early bird breakfast for $4. The owner of the hotel and the owner of restaurant were both very helpful and made us feel welcome.
